Course Fees
1.1. All Course fees paid by students are non-refundable /refundable or transferrable.
1.2. Students are responsible for understanding and acknowledging the non-refundable nature of Course fees before making any payments.
Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy
a) Course Cancellation: If a course is canceled by the Company/Institute due to unforeseen circumstances, tuition fees related to that course may be refunded.
b) Company/Institute Error: In cases where the Company/Institute has made an error in assessing or processing Course fees, refunds may be granted.
C) Extenuating Circumstances: In exceptional cases involving extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or other significant factors, the Company/Institute may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Updates
2.1. The Company/Institute reserves the right to update or modify the Non-Refund Policy as necessary.
2.2. Students will be notified of any changes to the policy through official Company/Institute Email.
By proceeding with enrollment or payment, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Non-Refund Policy outlined above.

1. Course Selection
1.1. Once students have selected and enrolled in a course, the selection is considered final and cannot be changed unless exceptional circumstances arise, as outlined in this policy.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
2.1. In exceptional cases, students may request a course change if they encounter unforeseen circumstances that significantly impact their ability to successfully complete the enrolled course.
2.2. Exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to, medical emergencies, documented personal crises, or extenuating circumstances beyond the student's control.
2.3. Each request for a course change based on exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Company/Institute administration.
3. Course Change Request Process
3.1. Students seeking a course change due to exceptional circumstances must submit a formal request to the Company/Institute's academic department or relevant authority.
3.2. The request must include a detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances, supporting documentation, and any relevant evidence required by the Company/Institute.
3.3. The Company/Institute will review course change requests in a timely manner and communicate the decision to the student.
4. Denial of Course Change Requests
4.1. The Company/Institute reserves the right to deny course change requests if the exceptional circumstances presented do not meet the established criteria or if there are limitations in course availability or capacity.
4.2. Students whose course change requests are denied will be expected to continue with their originally enrolled course.
